"Saving the environment, one bottle at a time."
What's the problem?
Microplastic pollution is now "spiralling around the globe", according to a study of airborne plastic particles.
The researchers said human pollution has led to global plastic cycle, akin to natural processes such as the carbon cycle, with plastic moving through the atmosphere, oceans and land. The result is the "plasticisation" of the planet, said one scientist.
The analysis calls plastic pollution one of the most pressing environmental issues of the 21st century. It indicates that the billions of tonnes of plastic discarded into the oceans and land and being broken down into tiny pieces are being thrown back into the air by road traffic and winds over seas and farmland.
People are already known to breathe, drink and eat microplastics and the other research suggests levels of pollution will continue to rise rapidly.

Plastic waste: Study finds crabs confused by chemical additive
Hermit crabs could be mistaking pollution for food because of an additive released by waste plastics, researchers say. A University of Hull study of crabs off the Yorkshire coast revealed that a plastic additive called oleamide causes hyperactivity in the creatures. Researchers found the compound could be mistaken for the chemical released by food sources during decomposition.
It may mean crabs travel in search of food but find only plastic waste.
How can I help?
Each of us can help by recycling, even by just starting with plastic, every small bit helps. Instead of throwing it in the dustbin rather throw it in another bag. Do you want to be apart of the recycling team? Contact us on how you can help..
Our contribution to eliminating the plastic problem.
We have re-used a total of +/- 500kg's of plastic since the beginning of 2021. We make Eco aggregate from plastic to make stepping stones, water channels, drain covers etc.
Plastics are used in building and construction because they are lightweight and cost effective without sacrificing strength. Less expensive to transport, they are easier to manoeuvre on site, resistant to corrosion, water - and fireproof, offering effective insulation. Recycled plastics are now being used in alternative building technologies to create bricks and in pilot road construction projects.
About Us
How we started...
Founder - Heinz wanted to do something for the environment. Our son loves the ocean and was greatly affected about the plastic landing in the oceans and the effect it has on the sharks, fish etc. So the idea started....
Using plastic and sand to make stepping stones/paving. The method was tried in various ways, due to the time and manufacturing process it took very long.
More research was done... trying different methods using cement.
Until after a year the concept was perfected! Our products are made from Eco Aggregate & cement, our eco aggregate has been graded by Dr Stevenson's from MCC Cement in Polokwane which has the same grading of river sand.
